Wordbank's publishing services include:

  • Multilingual Typesetting - in more than 40 languages, including bidirectional (Hebrew, Arabic) and double-byte (Asia-Pacific) languages. We utilise our experience of language-specific design issues such as text expansion, hyphenation and font selection to produce localized versions of your source design, ready for publishing. We support a variety of publishing packages including XPress, InDesign, Illustrator, FreeHand, PageMaker, Photoshop, Flash and Director.
  • Internationalization Typesetting Guidelines and Consultancy - drawing upon our multilingual typesetting expertise, we can provide advice at the earliest stages of the creative process on how to design and build source templates that can be easily and cost-effectively localized across the entire target language set.
  • Design Assessments - a post-delivery service for those projects where our design studio has identified obvious efficiency and quality gains that could be made through alteration to the source design. For regular material, our advice on 'how not to do it' can be accompanied by the provision of localization-friendly templates that will offer guaranteed savings and reduced localization timelines in the production of forthcoming projects.
  • Process Development - our standard typesetting process is already automated, allowing us to place localized content into your design up to 75% faster than through traditional methods of typesetting. For regular template-based work, we can also provide customised automation solutions to make the typesetting process even more efficient and resulting in:
